First Timer's Orientation
Tuesday, 2 p.m.
This FREE, fun and interactive session is a must-attend for new attendees. InfoComm staff will give you a visual overview of the Exhibit Hall, essential education sessions, places to eat (and rest!), networking events, and more. Oh, and there's prizes, too. Registration is not required, but is recommended.

Tuesday, 5 p.m.-7 p.m., Mango's Orlando
You're invited to kick off InfoComm 2017 with 1,000 of your (new) closest friends and FREE cocktails! Just make sure you pick up your badge at the Convention Center in advance. Shuttle buses will run from the OCCC to Mango's starting at 4:30 p.m. You don't need to register, but PLEASE make sure you have your badge.
Wednesday, 8 a.m.
Get on the show floor FIRST and get a lay of the land an hour before it opens! The Early Bird Tour is a walkthrough led by InfoComm staff so you know the locations of our pavilions, special exhibits, and big brand names. The Tour is $35, but you get a $25 voucher back to use in the InfoComm show store.
AV Training and Education
The InfoComm show is the single best place to get AV training, with more than 200 courses, workshops, and seminars. Browse all the educational offerings. We also offer an "all you can attend" Seminar and Workshop package that gets you into more than 100 one-to-two-hour classes and Manufacturers' Training.
