Free Customer Passes

Free passes are invitations that you can distribute to your best customers and prospects, allowing them free admission to the exhibit hall, special exhibits and networking events for all three days of the Show. Sending out these free passes is one of the easiest, most effective methods of increasing booth traffic.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no charge to the exhibitor for any of these free pass options.

  1. Printed Passes: Each exhibitor will automatically receive 100 printed passes and can request more if needed. You can include passes in pre-show mailings, include with customer orders or invoices as a special thank you, and hand them out in meetings. Passes will be mailed in three batches — January, March and April. If you signed up as an exhibitor after one of these mailings, you will get your 100 free passes in the next round. If you sign up as an exhibitor AFTER April 12, you will not receive printed passes. Please use the electronic pass below.
  2. Electronic Passes: This pass can be personalized with your company logo and booth number — and then posted as a PDF on your website, or emailed to customers. Print your Free Pass and to increase your booth traffic.
