InfoComm 2017 exhibitors may rent a list of InfoComm 2017 who have opted into receiving exhibitor promotions. Pre-show, invite attendees to visit your booth, and post-show reach attendees who you may not have seen in your booth to learn more about your products. Please contact our registration provider, Experient: Michelle Willever at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the order form and send it to Experient.
Exhibitors may choose to have an email deployed through Experient or have a mailing list sent to their 3rd party mailhouse for one-time use. We do not send the attendee list directly to any exhibitor.
There are several companies that are soliciting exhibitors, claiming to have the InfoComm attendee list. These companies do NOT have the attendee list and are not representing InfoComm in any way. Experient is the only source of attendee names, which are for one-time rental, not ownership. (As a general rule, you should be wary of any company that claims they can sell you an Excel file of qualified leads, since the names were most likely procured without the person's knowledge.)
Here are a few "spam" companies that have come to our attention, though there are many others:
We do not sell our exhibitors' information to any company. Unfortunately, along with many large tradeshows, InfoComm is the target of unscrupulous businesses that "scrape" our website for any email addresses and/or URLs (including the InfoComm staff's email addresses) using spam bots or web spiders. We have taken exhibitor email addresses off of our exhibitor listings in an attempt to reduce the spam you may receive.
If you receive an unsolicited email from any of these companies (or others), please forward the email to your InfoComm Expositions Account Manager, who will forward it to our legal department.
