InfoComm 2017

International Buyer Program

International Buyer Program

InfoComm is the ONLY event in the professional AV industry that has been selected for the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Buyer Program.

deptofcommerce_logoThe U.S. Commercial Service (USCS) of the Department of Commerce, the official trade promotion agency of the federal government, has been supporting the InfoComm exhibition for more than 16 years through a program that brings foreign delegations to the show and supports matchmaking on the show floor.

The USCS International Buyer Program (IBP) is a joint U.S. government/industry effort to connect international buyers to U.S. firms at major industry trade shows. InfoComm 2017 has once again been selected to participate in the IBP, which presents an unparalleled opportunity for InfoComm exhibitors to increase their international sales.

Since 2008, this collaboration has been an unqualified success with buyers from more than 25 countries purchasing over $40 million from more than 200 InfoComm exhibitors. USCS trade specialists have facilitated thousands of introductions and provide InfoComm exhibitors with a ready-made mechanism for developing and following up on foreign sales prospects identified at the show.
