TIDE Conference – NEW

TIDE (Technology. Innovation. Design. Experience) is an all-new conference taking place at InfoComm 2017 which will explore the strategic impact of audiovisual technology to engage customers, expand reach, and operate more efficiently. The conference will be segmented into three tracks, based on audience:

  • End-user executive decision makers 
  • Design professionals including event producers, architects, content creators
  • AV service providers 

In general plenary sessions, all three groups will hear from renowned keynote speakers and case study panels; then each track will break out into sessions; and the day will conclude with peer-to-peer networking events.

Center Stage – NEW

Center Stage is an all new presentation, streaming, and interview space, centrally located on the InfoComm show floor. Its purpose is to highlight innovations in AV technology and system design that deliver significantly improved business outcomes for end users.

Center Stage will host conversations with the most demanding customers and innovative creators in AV. It will also present exceptional case studies and award-winning designs. After the show, InfoComm will release the best of these presentations and interviews as on-demand videos.

The Park – NEW

InfoComm is turning Hall E1 of the Orange County Convention Center into a dynamic and interactive show floor attendee engagement area featuring street-style lunch offerings, a beer garden, lounge areas, live entertainment, interactive games, meetups and networking events. The Park will be the place where attendees will come to relax, recharge and connect during all three days of the show when they’re not visiting your booth.

As a Platinum sponsor, you will have the option for product placement within The Park. You will also receive lunch vouchers to distribute to your clients so they can enjoy their meal in your reserved seating area. You will also be recognized as a sponsor of the live entertainment.

All sponsors will receive significant onsite branding, with their logos prominently featured around The Park, food service and lounge seating areas, as well as on attendee marketing materials and the show website. Post show, sponsors will receive the opt-in list of attendee leads captured in The Park.

InfoComm University Education and Certification

InfoComm University Pre-Show Education Sponsor  SOLD

Make a lasting impression on the technicians, engineers, and project managers dedicated to having a life-long career in the audiovisual industry. These intense pre-show education programs are attended by 500+ professionals in search of the essential and advanced core AV training that can only be found at InfoComm. Your logo will appear on attendee marketing materials related to the pre-show education program of your choice, as well as on onsite signage, and the show website. In addition, you may distribute an item with your logo (supplied by sponsor).   Investment: $20,000

InfoComm University Future Trends and Technology Management Track Sponsor SOLD

Position your  brand as a supporter of innovation by sponsoring the most popular tracks in the InfoComm University seminar and workshop package: Technology Management and Future Trends. These tracks draw more than 100 participants per session, and the expanded 2017 program will  include at least  eight  sessions  per  track. Additionally, Technology Management and Future Trends sessions will be hosted in dedicated rooms with additional classroom interactivity and technical enhancements.

As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to introduce two sessions within your  sponsored track. In addition, your  logo  will appear  on attendee marketing materials related to your  sponsored track, as well as on onsite  signage and the show website. You will also receive five seminar and workshop packages for your customers, and an opt-in list of attendees from all sessions within your sponsored track.   Investment: $7,500 exclusive per track; co-sponsored: $5,000 each per track

CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) Program

Show your support to the AV professionals by sponsoring the CTS program at InfoComm: testing, CTS Wall and CTS exams.Your logo will be included on pre-show attendee materials, including the CTS newsletter, where CTS exams at the show and the Lunch and Learn program are mentioned. Attendees taking the exam won't be able to miss your logo on floor stickers leading them to the exam center, and those who have passed the exam onsite will be sure to see your logo prominently featured on the CTS "Wall of Fame" -- a popular social media spot for InfoComm attendees. You will have the opportunity to include introduce the instructor at the CTS Lunch & Learn and distribute branded gifts (supplied by sponsor) to Lunch & Learn attendees and attendees taking the CTS exam.   Investment: $10,000

Special Events

AV Technology Tours 

InfoComm goes offsite for behind-the-scenes tours of the latest installations in hospitality, performance spaces, sports arenas, entertainment and higher education. Each tour has approximately 50 attendees. Your company name will appear on all pre-show and onsite materials. A member of your staff can accompany the attendees on the tour, and supply a handout and/or make an announcement on the bus. If your product has been used in an entertainment venue or installation easily accessible in Orlando, please contact us about the possibility of touring the facility.  Investment: $5,000 per tour

Early Bird Exhibit Hall Tour SOLD

InfoComm allows select groups of eager attendees to tour the show floor before it officially opens. Make them familiar with your brand so they know where to go when the Exhibit Hall goes "live." As a sponsor, you may provide giveaways and have personnel assist with guiding the tours.  Investment: $5,000

First-Time Attendee Orientation

Attending InfoComm for the first time can be daunting, which is why we encourage first-timers to join us for a lively session that introduces them to the different areas of the Exhibit Hall, attendee amenities, networking events, and education opportunities. Put your brand top-of-mind with these buyers before they hit the show floor. Your logo will be included on signage and you may distribute literature in the session room, and you may also provide swag for attendees.  Investment: $5,000

End User Receptions

As the annual gathering for the pro-AV community, InfoComm is a great place for attendees to widen their professional circle through networking. Sponsor an end-user reception and extend your brand past the show floor hours. Your logo will be featured on the show website and on onsite signage. You will have the opportunity to make brief welcome remarks at the start of the event and may distribute literature and giveaways. Sponsors also receive a list of the opt-in attendee leads collected at the reception. Attendee Services

Consultants Lounge 1 left

The Consultants Lounge, located on the show floor, gives you direct access to registered consultants, as well as your invited guests. The lounge provides attendees with light food and beverages, complimentary internet access and private meeting rooms, and is open during regular show hours. Your company’s logo will appear on signage for the lounge and on the lounge invitations. This is a fantastic way to network with these high-profile, influential attendees.   Investment: $12,500 (limit 3)

Information Centers and Badge Holder Pick-up

Information Centers are hubs of activity at InfoComm, where greeters are on hand to assist attendees with questions while also distributing the Show Guide and map. Several units are placed on the ground floor of the convention center near bus and taxi drop-off locations. Your brand will be prominently incorporated into the design of these well-trafficked structures.   Investment: $10,000 per location

Interactive Wayfinding Units

Touch-screen units will display a real-time, searchable Exhibit Hall map, helping attendees make their way through the show floor. As the sponsor, your booth will be highlighted on the map and include your logo.   Investment: $30,000 for 10 locations (limit 1), $15,000 for 5 locations (limit 2)

Classroom Locator - EXCLUSIVE

The Classroom Locator is an easy-to-use pocket guide of education session times, instructors, and rooms, and is frequently named one of the most useful tools at the show. Copies are distributed to attendees starting on Saturday.   Investment: $7,500

Onsite Areas and Shuttle Buses

OCCC Lobby Demonstration/Giveaway Area

Up to a 10’ x 20’ space will be allocated within the Orange County Convention Center main lobby for sponsors to demonstrate products, provide a branded lounge or charging center, or stage an immersive experience. OCCC Outdoor Demonstration/Giveaway Area

Assigned spaces just outside an entrance to the Orange County Convention Center provide an area for sponsors to display oversized products or technology designed for outdoor use. Have your brand seen by thousands of attendees as they step off shuttle buses or taxis on their way to the Exhibit Hall. Literature Distribution (Limit 3 sponsors)

Drive traffic to your booth by having one of your staff members distribute literature in the main lobby or when attendees exit the buses.   Investment: 3 Days $7,500 / 1 Day $3,000

Shuttle Bus Ribbons

Shuttle buses are the preferred method of transportation for attendees to get to and from the convention center each day of the show. Your full-color message will be printed on an impactful 40’x2’ ribbon on the door side. Price includes cost of production.   Investment: 10 Buses $30,000 / 3 Buses $10,000
