Show Photography/Videography

Due to the sensitive nature of new products and unique booth displays at the show, professional photography and/or video recording for commercial purposes of any booth by any attendee/exhibitor personnel is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth/product is being photographed/videotaped and all individuals appearing in the photograph or video.

Photography/videography on the show floor by attendees for personal use or by registered press for editorial purposes is acceptable; however, exhibitors reserve the right to bar photographs or video from being taken within their exhibit spaces at their sole discretion.  Attendees refusing to comply with the above policy may be asked to leave the show.
