Thank you for your interest in PR opportunities at InfoComm 2010.  There are many free and low-cost publicity opportunities aimed at promoting your products and services at the Show.  Please review our procedures that you can leverage the greatest number of options. 

Exhibitor Press Conferences

InfoComm strongly discourages exhibitors from hosting events at conflicting times.  Times will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please refer to your Exhibitor Service Kit for rules on before-hours and after-hours press conferences. 

Pre-Registered Press List

InfoComm is well-covered by press around the world.  Nearly 400 journalists from the AV trade press, mainstream business media and vertical market publications are expected at InfoComm 2010 this June. 

Exhibitors can access the pre-registered press for InfoComm 2010 beginning May 4, and updated weekly, through June 1.  You can download the list now from our FTP site: ftp://ftp.infocomm.org/PUBLIC/PreRegPressList
