As artificial intelligence becomes embedded in every layer of technology, meeting spaces are transforming into intelligent environments. This session explores how AV and collaboration professionals can harness AI to create smarter, more inclusive, and highly automated conferencing experiences. Gain insights into the real-world application of AI tools—from auto-framing cameras and ambient noise suppression to context-aware lighting, voice activation, smart sensors, and real-time transcription/translation engines. This session also addresses ethical design considerations, accessibility, and how to ensure all participants, whether remote or in-room, benefit equitably from the intelligent collaboration space. We’ll examine what’s available today, what’s emerging, and how to design infrastructure that remains future-ready.

Admission is subject to room capacity and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
