We'll focus on two main issues: Acoustics and Background Noise.  Why does this room sound the way it does?  Why do you like certain rooms and not others?  Why does communication seem easier in some rooms?  Each room has a unique “sound” to it.  Learn why they sound the way they do and what you might be able to do about it.  Meeting rooms are for communicating.  Learn how to remove the barriers and create a comfortable space for people to exchange ideas.
