This session is an interactive class showcasing a number of microphones with a focus on where each is best suited in the real world for the best-possible audio. We will listen to each type of microphone and discuss where each are best put to work.  We will look at shotgun vs lavalier mics, hypercardiods on a boom vs omni directionals in a studio environment and how to best plan for your audio production.
