With more than 36,000 meeting room systems globally including 1,300 speciality spaces, designing for global AV deployment at Google involves a lot more than utilizing the latest and greatest technology. R&D testing, globally deployable design taking into account global availability and local authorities and standards, pre-manufacturing and kitting of equipment, deployment and management of installers, and equipment lifetime support like spares, local support and remote management and monitoring all come into play in a complex web of interlinked processes.

We'll dive into what it takes to support the communication needs for more than 340,000 employees and extended workforce in more than 40 countries around the world and the unique challenges and solutions we have.

Admission is subject to room capacity and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
