As AV systems grow more advanced, the human experience can easily get lost in the process. This session reframes how AV professionals think about design—through the lens of empathy, accessibility, and user behavior.

We’ll explore how applying human-centered design principles can help teams build AV systems that are more intuitive, inclusive, and emotionally resonant. Attendees will learn methods to ensure technology supports the way people actually think, move, and communicate.

The session will blend real-world examples, audience participation, and visual walkthroughs to show how thoughtful design choices can improve usability, accessibility, and adoption across corporate, education, and public spaces.

Admission is subject to room capacity and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
