Zoom: Workplace Experience Integration

ABOUT THE ZOOM SPACES BOOTCAMP The Zoom Spaces Bootcamp is a three-day, hands-on AVIXA Pro Training program for AV and IT professionals who design, deploy, and manage Zoom Spaces environments. Eight progressive sessions across June 15–17 cover the full deployment lifecycle — from architecture and room design through network foundations, workplace experience, advanced administration, audio performance, complex systems integration, and broadcast production workflows. Sessions are built around a simulated enterprise environment, giving participants direct hands-on experience with real-world deployment scenarios. Each session builds on the last — full or near-full attendance delivers the most complete experience.
BOOTCAMP COMPLETION RECOGNITION Participants who attend the Bootcamp sessions are eligible for:
• Zoom Spaces Bootcamp Completion Certificate — formal recognition of technical commitment across the Zoom Spaces ecosystem (Attend 6 out of 8 of the sessions)
• Eligible attendees can earn Zoom Up Partner Program Proficiency Points using their company portal email, subject to minimum attendance requirements
• Exclusive Participant SWAG from Zoom and Technology partners
