2019 Call For Presenters

Submission Deadline: Sept. 14, 2018

CONTENT THEME: End User Outcomes

AVIXA is seeking sessions that explore AV's strategic impact for the industry's customers. We're looking for case studies and forward-thinking presentations that demonstrate how AV can help an organization be smarter, nimbler, more effective, and wider reaching. We're also looking for leaders who can help AV service providers put their customers' goals at the center of all their processes.

  • Case studies that emphasize how AV systems supported improved business outcomes or the fulfillment of strategic goals for the end user
  • Design seminars that focus on discovering end user needs, providing solutions, and verifying outcomes
  • Design seminars that explore multiple approaches to satisfying particular end customer goals
  • Intermediate and advanced technical sessions illustrating how to achieve clients’ desired results

We are seeking case studies for a variety of project sizes. A case study of a well-executed small project with proven customer return on investment is relevant to a larger percentage of attendees than a project overview of a $10 million installation. That said, large projects and cutting edge applications can produce new insights relevant to the entire industry. We want to hear about your best work, whatever its scale.

Vertical Market Focuses

For InfoComm 2019, we are especially interested in case studies, design workshops, and application best practices focusing on the following vertical markets:

  • Hospitality
  • Sports & Entertainment Venues
  • Retail
  • Higher Education
  • Corporate
