The partner program is a trade agreement that exchanges advertising opportunities of matching value in place of currency. Relevant, qualified media channels are eligible to participate in the program.

InfoComm Media Partner Marketing Opportunities
In exchange for one (1) full-page print ad in your registered publication or one (1) email send to your subscriber list, you will receive the following:
- Brand logo on Media Partners page on infocommshow.org
- Brand logo in Media Partner section of onsite Show Guide
- Custom VIP Code for free Exhibits-Only Pass for subscribers and guests
- One (1) publication bin for corresponding registered publication

Site Listing Upgrade Add a 25-word description and link to your brand’s website to go along with your brand logo on the Media Partners webpage.

10x10 Exhibit Hall Booth* Booth space in the Exhibit Hall. Comes with one (1) standard booth package ($3,500 value).
Digital Magazine Hub* An online platform for electronic publications on infocommshow.org. Partners may display one (1) cover issue per registered title in exchange for a full-page ad within the digital edition.

Terms & Conditions
All barter offers must exist in a published media kit and have an associated dollar value. We strive to achieve a trade negotiation that is as equal in value as possible between both parties.
AVIXA reserves the right to review all creative content prior to inclusion of submitted materials. Inappropriate content and promotion of conferences and/or exhibition events owned or represented by media partners will not be accepted or used.
Starting January 1, 2019, all media partner agreements will be automatically renewed year after year with the same bartered deliverables as listed in the previous agreement. If you would like to make changes or end your partnership, please contact Denise Bondoc.

Digital Magazine Hub
New issues can be swapped out by sending updated links/files and cover image to Denise Bondoc. Flipbook format is required for all electronic issues. Websites will not be accepted.
Exhibit Hall Booth
Booth space availability is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Location of booth will be at AVIXA’s discretion acknowledging that the best available will be provided. Booth must be staffed by media partner personnel at all times during exhibit hall hours (June 12-14, 2019). If booth is not staffed, it will be considered abandoned and future requests for booth space will be declined.
