AVIXA, the owner of InfoComm, is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. AVIXA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all speakers, staff, volunteers, guests, members, contractors, exhibitors, government and attendees at AVIXA conferences, meetings and events.
Harassment includes but is not limited to offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention.
If you experience or observe harassment at InfoComm, please report the conduct to InfoComm show management, any AVIXA staff member, or email alert@avixa.org as soon as possible. This enables us to investigate and address the conduct. AVIXA may take any action they deem appropriate, ranging from a simple warning to expulsion from the current and/or future AVIXA meetings, conferences and events.
