When is the show?
AVIXA three day courses start on June 2. TIDE is on June 5. The Seminar and Workshop package starts on June 5, and the Exhibit Hall is open June 6-8.
Where is the show?
InfoComm 2018 will take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas NV 89109 in the North and Central Halls.
When is the exhibit hall open?
Wed. June 6: 9 a.m. -5 p.m
Thurs. June 7: 9 a.m. -5 p.m.
Fri. June 8: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
How much does it cost to attend?
That depends. Are you going just to the Exhibit Hall? Do you plan to take classes? Courses have different fees depending on length of course and type. See the full list of fees here, and remember, prices increase onsite, so register in advance.
Where do I pick up my badge?
Badges will be mailed to attendees who live in the U.S. and register before May 23. Attendees who register after May 23 will pick up their badge at the registration locations onsite. ALL attendees must get their badge scanned and pick up your badge holder at one of the registration sites listed here. Please wear your badge at all times while at the show.
How old do you have to be to attend InfoComm?
You must be 16 in order to attend InfoComm. This is for safety reasons, both for our attendees, but also for our exhibitors’ booths and products.

Where can I find someone in charge at the show?
The InfoComm Show Management office is located in room N249 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
I’m with the press. How do I register?
Qualified members of the press and technology industry analysts are granted access to certain events. Our Director of Communications will verify that you qualify and inform you if you are declined press registration.
Can I check my bag at the convention center?
Coat and bag check are available all three days for the show in the LVCC concourse 3. It is $3.00/item per day.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available in the LVCC common areas and Westgate meeting rooms.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes! Lost and Found is located in the Show Management Office, room N249.
