  • All registration refund/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to

  • A full refund will be issued for registration cancellations if written notice is received by May 4, 2022. Please contact us at

  • No refunds will be made for requests received after May 4, 2022.

  • In the event that InfoComm 2022 fails to take place due to an act of God, emergency declared by any government agency, or for any other reason, AVIXA may cancel InfoComm 2022. In the event of such cancellation, the sole liability of AVIXA will be to provide a refund to you for all registration fees paid.
