AVIXA Training Courses

AVIXA Training Courses, designated by the "TD" in the session ID, are three-day courses from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. from Saturday, June 10 to Monday, June 12.

These sessions are available for individual purchase during registration.

Technical Workshops

Technical Workshops, designated by "PW" in the session ID, consist of half and full-day workshops, and a two-day Masterclass.

These sessions are available for individual purchase during registration.

D=SIGN Conference Pass

D=SIGN Conference sessions, designated by "DS" in the session ID. This pass also gives you access to all Manufacturers' Training sessions.

An individual D=SIGN session can be purchased, but if you select more than one (1) D=SIGN session, your registration will be upgraded to the Conference pass.

Enterprise IT Conference Pass

Enterprise IT Conference sessions, designated by "IT" in the session ID. This pass also gives you access to all Manufacturers' Training sessions.

An individual Enterprise IT session can be purchased, but if you select more than one (1) Enterprise IT session, your registration will be upgraded to the Conference pass.

InfoComm Education Pass

InfoComm Education Pass sessions are designated by "ED" in the session ID. This pass gives you access to all sessions, including D=SIGN, Enterprise IT, and Manufacturers' Training sessions.

Individual education sessions can be purchased, but if you select more than three (3) Education, D=SIGN, or Enterprise IT sessions, your registration will be upgraded to the Conference pass.

Manufacturers' Training Pass 

Manufacturers' Training sessions are designated by "MT" in the session ID. These sessions are included in the other passes listed above or can be purchased separately. Manufacturers' Training sessions are not available for individual purchase.

Integrated Experience Tours

Integrated Experience Tours, designated by "EX" in the session ID, are offsite tours of local pro AV installations.

These tours can be purchased individually during registration.

Networking Events

 There are various networking events available to attend where you can meet like-minded AV professionals and catch up with colleagues.

Show Floor Tours

Show Floor Tours, designated by "SF" in the session ID, are tours within the exhibit hall. Tour topics are Digital Signage, Learning Spaces, Conferencing and Collaboration, Audio, Enterprise IT, and Content Production and Streaming.

Exhibit Hall Pass

Access the Exhibit Hall and Audio Demo Rooms with the Exhibit Hall Pass. This Pass is included with all education purchases.

Free Sessions - Xchange Live & Technology Innovation Stage

Free sessions are available in the Exhibit Hall at the Xchange Live booth, designated by "XL", and at the Technology Innovation Stage, designated by "TI" in the session ID.
