Show Rules

Every person entering the show floor or classroom must have an official InfoComm 2021 badge.

No one under the age of 16 will be admitted on the show floor or in session rooms. No strollers are permitted.

Due to the sensitive nature of new products and unique booth displays at the show, professional photography and/or video recording for commercial purposes of any booth by any attendee/exhibitor personnel is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth/product is being photographed/videotaped and all individuals appearing in the photograph or video.

By registering for InfoComm 2021, you consent to InfoComm’s collection and storage of the data on this form. Registration and attendance at or participation in AVIXA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to InfoComm’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions or audiotapes of such.

If you allow exhibitor personnel to scan your badge during InfoComm 2021, you permit AVIXA and its partners to provide your contact information to exhibitors who may send you products or services that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish exhibitors to receive your contact information, do not allow exhibitors to scan your badge.

AVIXA Harassment Statement

This statement applies to speakers, staff, volunteers, guests, members, contractors, exhibitors, government and attendees.

AVIXA, the owner of InfoComm, is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. AVIXA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at AVIXA conferences, meetings and events.

Harassment includes but is not limited to offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention.

Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the AVIXA event.

Attendees, speakers, staff, volunteers, guests, members, and contractors are encouraged, but not required, to inform the harasser that their conduct is unwelcome. Regardless of whether the harasser is directly confronted, speakers, staff, volunteers, guests, members, contractors, attendees must promptly report the conduct to AVIXA event management or any on-site AVIXA management, to enable AVIXA to investigate and address the conduct. AVIXA staff will help participants contact convention center/hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, and otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to enable them to feel safe for the duration of the event. When notified of individuals engaging in harassing behavior, AVIXA may take any action they deem appropriate, ranging from a simple warning to expulsion from the current and/or future AVIXA meetings, conferences and events. Decisions to ban individuals from future AVIXA events is in the sole discretion of AVIXA.

Health and Safety

You understand that the Centers for Disease Control has classified COVID-19 as a highly contagious disease that can be transmitted asymptomatically and can lead to severe illness or death. You recognize that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious illnesses exists in any public place where people are present. You agree to abide by all policies and protocols established by AVIXA at InfoComm 2021, including but not limited to health and safety protocols implemented to minimize the spread of COVID-19. You understand that AVIXA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate your access to InfoComm 2021 without any refunds, in the event that you do not follow all protocols established by AVIXA. You also understand that AVIXA cannot eliminate the risk of you contracting COVID-19 or any other infectious illness in connection with your participation in InfoComm 2021. By registering for and attending InfoComm 2021, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AND OTHER INFECTIOUS ILLNESSES and all risk of personal injury, damage, and expense related to your participation in, and travel to and from, InfoComm 2021. In consideration of the opportunity to participate in InfoComm 2021 provided by AVIXA, Inc., you hereby FOREVER RELEASE, WAIVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS AVIXA, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, VOLUNTEERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, INJURY, DAMAGE, LOSS, OR EXPENSE THAT MAY ARISE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, NOW OR IN THE FUTURE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CAUSED BY FAULT ON THE PART OF ATD, IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN INFOCOMM 2021. You understand that this release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law, and that if any portion of this release and waiver is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. This release and waiver will extend to, and be binding upon, you and your estate, heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives.

A full refund will be issued for registration cancellations if written notice is received by September 23, 2021.

No refunds will be made for requests received after September 23, 2021.

In the event that InfoComm 2021 fails to take place due to an act of God, emergency declared by any government agency, or for any other reason, AVIXA may cancel InfoComm 2021. In the event of such cancellation, the sole liability of AVIXA will be to provide a refund to you for all registration fees paid.

Show Photography/Videography Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of new products and unique booth displays at the show, professional photography and/or video recording for commercial purposes of any booth by any attendee or exhibitor personnel is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose exhibit or product is being photographed or videotaped and all individuals appearing in the photograph or video. Photography and videography on the show floor by attendees for personal use or by registered press for editorial purposes is acceptable; however, exhibitors reserve the right to bar photographs or video from being taken within their exhibit spaces at their sole discretion. Attendees or exhibitor personnel refusing to comply with the above policy may be asked to leave the show.
