Invite key customers and partners just steps away from the hustle and bustle of the InfoComm show floor to a more focused setting: your private meeting room at the Orange County Convention Center during InfoComm 2023.

Current InfoComm exhibitors in good standing that meet the minimum paid exhibit space requirements may apply to reserve private meeting space for up to five days. Meeting rooms range in size from 570-2,449 square feet.

MEETING ROOM POLICY

Exhibitors must have 1000 NSF of exhibit space to book meeting rooms for 3-5 days during InfoComm 2023.
Exhibitors must have 600 NSF of exhibit space to book meeting rooms for 2 days or less during InfoComm 2023. These assignments will be made no later than Monday, April 3, 2023.
Exhibitors with 500 NSF or less of exhibit space may be assigned single day meeting space for InfoComm 2023, once all 2–5-day requests have been fulfilled and no later than Monday, April 3, 2023.

The maximum number of meeting rooms an exhibitor may reserve is three (3).
