Tech Managers Reception (Limit 2) 

As the annual gathering for the pro-AV community, InfoComm is a great place for attendees to grow their professional networks. Sponsor the Tech Managers Reception and Panel and put your brand in front of a targeted audience of end users. Sponsorship includes: logo on website and onsite signage for panel and reception. Sponsor can provide giveaways/swag at the reception and make brief welcome remarks at the panel. Sponsor will receive opt-in attendee leads of both the panel and reception. Investment: $8,000

Onsite Branding

Onsite Registration - EXCLUSIVE 
Take advantage of this highly-visible sponsorship opportunity and have your logo displayed at all onsite registration locations at the Orange County Convention Center where every InfoComm attendee goes to pickup their badge. Investment: $35,000


Banners, Column Wraps, Floor and Window Graphics, and Entrance Units!
Whether you wish to promote your brand, announce a new product launch, or simply call attention to your booth location, onsite banners, column wraps, floor graphics and branded entrance hall units are powerful visual tools. Onsite visual graphics are extremely eye catching, with various locations available both inside and outside of the convention center (including some cost-effective options).

OCCC Indoor Demo Area
Up to a 10’ x 20’ space will be allocated within the Orange County Convention Center main lobby for sponsors to stage an immersive experience for attendees, demonstrate products, or provide a branded lounge or charging center. Locations and other limitations apply; please contact InfoComm Show Management for more details. Investment: $11,000 (4 locations available; limit 1 space per company)


OCCC Outdoor Demo Area
Assigned spaces just outside an entrance to the Orange County Convention Center provide an area for sponsors to display oversized products or technology designed for outdoor use. Have your brand seen by thousands of attendees as they step off shuttle buses or taxis on their way to the Exhibit Hall. Locations and other limitations apply; please contact InfoComm Show Management for more details. Investment: $11,000 (4 locations available; limit 1 space per company)


Shuttle Bus Wraps
Shuttle buses are the preferred method of transportation for attendees to get to and from the convention center each day of the show. Your full-color message will be printed on an impactful 40’ x 2’ ribbon, covering the right side of the bus, on the door side. Price includes cost of production. Investment: 10 Buses $31,000 / 3 Buses $10,000


Digital Signage Advertising - 15 Seconds
Have your company’s advertisement seen on large screen displays throughout the OCCC lobby areas Tuesday through Friday. Sponsor supplies still or video creative. Investment: $5,500

The printed show floor map is still one of our attendees most-used resources and is an economical way to get your brand and booth number in front of thousands of attendees. Your ad will be placed on the back cover of the map. Over 15,000 maps will be printed. Investment: $10,000 


Lanyards – EXCLUSIVE
