Every system integrator knows how to design an AV system, right? Well, yes and no. In the corporate world, there are a lot of considerations that technology managers and internal consultants need to keep in mind to design a perfect room, or even a well-designed room. Meeting or failing to acknowledge those considerations results in great or terrible customer experience (CX).

In this session, two end users - one with decades as a corporate AV manager, and one new to the corporate world after decades as a system integrator - will discuss all the points we wish integration firms knew. Topics to be discussed include:
- What makes a well-designed room?
- What's more important - the box sale, the designed system, or the customer's needs?
- What's the deal with security (physical and cyber security)?
- Is room management or control really needed?
