The absence of in-person events coupled with the desire to bring client messaging to the masses forced an entire industry into a new paradigm. As we leveraged the talents of our teammates that had extensive experience with Registration platforms and web-development – we as an agency had to adapt and dig deep into the production capabilities of various platforms. Streaming protocols, video uploads, graphic capabilities, content management etc. etc. We dubbed this area as ‘Gray Ops’ – the space between our Digital Studios team, Technical Production, and Content Management. We learned different techniques and approaches to help us adapt our production workflow into an online environment.
