Instructional Designers and faculty are SMEs in their fields but do not always have a complete understanding of the ins and outs of the technology that can be utilized to enhance the learning experience, be it in person or remote. What role, if any, do AV professionals play in assisting these SME’s in designing the “classroom” experience? Has this role evolved given the changes to the classroom that have come with COVID-19?
