Session Description : This course outlines the need-to-know information for AV/IT. It will start with the OSI Model and finish with design principles for AV/IT. This course is a great introduction for AV/IT professionals to get the need-to-know information on making the IT infrastructure work well for AV applications. This course covers the basics and sets the student up to take the next course (see additional submissions) to go much deeper into the topic.
