Learning Spaces
This session is for leaders in higher education. In this session, we'll hear from a diverse panel of experts on the education experiences they are building on their respective campuses, and how this is focused on improving the student experience / meeting discerning student demands. The pandemic shifted a lot of norms on campus, but perhaps more pronounced than anything is the tech stack that incoming students have natively adopted, and that they expect to see in their learning experiences. This is also the technology and skillset they will take with them when they graduate and move on to become thriving contributors in their professional careers. How can campuses differentiate themselves for the student, and by extension - enable students to differentiate themselves in the job market upon graduation?
Learning Objectives
  • Identify technology trends in today's higher education learning spaces.
  • List ways they can optimize the student experience and meet student demand from a technology lens.
  • Describe some of the real world examples of how higher education leaders have implemented technology to optimize the student experience - along with pitfalls to avoid.
