Design and Integration
AV is hard, but it doesn’t need to be nearly as hard as people are making it out to be. There are certain steps that can be taken to assure consistency across a global AV program, even with several different architects and integrators as stakeholders. In this presentation, we will discuss this recipe for AV success. It all starts with having a centralized AV Program Team steering the ship. A catalog of standard systems that satisfies 95% of users’ needs streamlines the offerings and required estimating phase. Requiring a documented quality management process assures that the end results are the same around the globe, and as a bonus, supporting a finite number of system types makes living with these systems a breeze. We will explore each step and participants will leave with (hopefully) a new perspective on how they can tackle and manage their AV assets globally without all the constant fire drills.
Learning Objectives
