This session is crucial for any AV Professionals that are involved in troubleshooting network issues. With employees finally returning to the office, organizations need to ensure their networks can support the order of magnitude increase in video that will continue in the hybrid environment. With the trend to hybrid working, video will still be used constantly, and that will put a strain on enterprise networks because many were not built to support the amount of bandwidth video requires. There are many places where issues can happen, from the WiFi network, to the Local Area Network (LAN), to the Internet bandwidth, to the Internet itself. The video platform tools provide limited data (such as packet loss and latency) that help point to potential issues, but do not provide data on where the issues are. This session will utilize several enterprise case studies to demonstrate real life issues that have happened as users have returned to the office, and provide details on ways to pinpoint and solve the issues.
