Hybrid work has flipped meeting experiences on their head. The days when remote participants couldn’t be heard or seen, or couldn’t hear or see, have been replaced with a new paradigm in which remote attendees are collaborating on virtual whiteboards, on documents, and in chat, often without input from those in the meeting room. And, remote attendees can better see one another. In this session we’ll look at how companies can evolve their meeting rooms to ensure equitable experiences for those both in the office and remote through camera, touch, and sound technologies.
