This session explores real world experiences on how facility managers are collaborating with AV tech integrators as part of their mission to support an evolving hybrid work model. Audio visual technologies are at the intersection of hybrid work, content sharing, communication, and productivity. Facility managers in conjunction with their IT department and integration partners are focused on the needs of teams in multiple geographies, venue types with disparate technologies. The goal is to enable as equitably as possible user experience to bring teams together. Prior to the pandemic FM’s were focused on space management and reservations as part of the user experience. Today they are responsible for user experiences wherever their teams are physically located. Facility manager and AV/IT teams are challenged with adopting support protocols in much more dynamic working environments. Presented by IFMA.
