Through a presentation using actual architectural drawings I will walk through the key steps for including workplace technology requirements into space design that will ensure a complete, accurate, inclusive drawing set is put before the client, submitted for permit, and guides construction trades. It is common for technology solutions and their specific requirements and impact to space design to be an afterthought, or worse, ignored during the architectural design phase of any construction project.
