Have your digital signage pursuits been challenged by clients from the mere fact that a mobile device technically puts a "screen" in everyone's hands? This session attempts to flip the narrative back into your control, clarifies the role of mobile within the environment and defines how it can smartly interplay within the digital signage ecosystem. Panelists will unpack and explore best practices in mobile integration with a critique of best [or worst] practices in key categories/verticals like retail, sports, QSR, and hospitality. They'll also discuss the key trends driving innovation in mobile integration as well as the common pain points, biases, and friction points that mobile is most fertile to solve. Lastly, we'll chat through how to establish a proof of concept to test mobile in a digital ecosystem and what to expect in terms of impact on customer behavior, sales associate performance, and other vital measures.
