One thing that COVID introduced us to is an expanded set of stakeholders interested in the office technology that you implement. Before COVID, IT was already finding a valuable peer in facilities and Corporate Real Estate. But with the increased focus on employee experience and retention, Human Resources is now an equal partner in this triad of leaders trying to implement workplace strategies. In this session, we will discuss requirements, goals, and concerns from all three perspectives as you collectively try to implement a successful hybrid work strategy.
