This workshop will consist of numerous facility and wiring designs (handouts) with inherent shortfalls which will consist of both facility design errors and equipment configuration errors.
You will work through how to recognize why certain designs need more attention to detail in order to be as complete as the customer is expecting.
We will teach how to approach your customer and describe the situation and how to handle the correction.
You will be taught how to fully critique your designs prior to installation or submission. These steps will include problem solving processes such as, determining your objectives and constraints, prototyping, testing and evaluation. Additional emphasis will be put on brainstorming, assessing alternatives, choosing the solution and the active execution of the chosen solution.
