As institutions are considering designing more classrooms with hybrid functionality, over-burdened and under-resourced technology teams are considering strategies and scalable models for streamlining classroom support. In this session, the presenter will introduce the concept of AV over IP. The presenter will also discuss the benefits of designing AV over IP into classrooms and utilizing remote monitoring tools to provide a cost-effective way to manage and proactively support distributed classrooms across multiple campuses and locations.
This session will cover:
- What is AV over IP and how can it impact your classroom support?
- Examples of AV over IP designs
- Support – examples of using XIO Cloud (or similar product) to support AV over IP devices
- How to scale an AV over IP implementation over the enterprise
