Documentation and Coordination Strategies for Network Design

In this session, we will not go in-depth into the configuration and calculations required to design a network. Instead, participants can expect to leave with a high-level understanding of coordination points between IT, AV, and the design team.

We'll review documentation strategies, common coordination items, and a few key methods of signal distribution and segmentation to help navigate the coordination and planning process.

Featuring perspectives from the consultant, IT, and AV roles, this discussion will share experiences in the field, while also remaining informational on standards and documentation strategies.
