Over the last two years, we have brought the Project Management and Engineering series talking about a wide range of issues that affect these two very important job functions. This year, we are on a journey of convergence (PM and Engineers in agreement??) and we bring to you the importance of Resource Management.

Managing resources ensures a successful project and build individuals who are able to thrive and avoid burn out.
