Data is a big deal! Across all industries data is being captured, crunched and put to work. And AV is no exception. Data can help sell product, retain customers and increase revenue. It can help a global customer make decisions about their real estate, design in the most robust and reliable products and make that all-important business case for more budget (!).

This session will look at the power of data in the AV industry. It will consider how we now have the tools to capture data, analyse data and make it into something meaningful for our customers. And it will map out how we design data management into our systems from the outset to transform the impact of AV installations in a way not seen before.
