Getting Return to the Office Right

ED36
Tue, June 10
W314AB
CTS-D: 1
New Conferencing and Collaboration

Employees returning to the office require a better collaboration experience than what they have when they are remote. Optimizing the in-person meeting experience not only provides a reason to return to the office, but also offers tangible benefits in terms of improved collaboration. Success requires leveraging the right mix of hardware and software, as well as management tools that provide performance and utilization insights. It also requires leveraging approaches that allow remote attendees to easily see, hear, and collaborate with those in the meeting room.

Explore how to optimize the collaboration environment “earn the commute” with by using geofencing, microphones, and camera approaches. We’ll cover how to leverage AI for optimizing voice and video, capturing transcripts, summaries, and action items, and for framing in-room participants. And understand how privacy issues may limit features like transcription and in-room participant identification.

This session will provide practical, actionable guidance for IT and AV professionals to ensure that they are building in-person meeting experiences that are superior to remote attendance while also ensuring that remote attendees are full meeting participants.
