In today’s fast-paced, tech-driven higher education environment, students face unique challenges that impact both their mental health and academic performance. While technology can be a powerful tool for learning, it can also contribute to increased stress, anxiety, and disengagement when not used responsibly. This session will explore the dual role of technology in students' mental health—how it can harm, but also support students when applied with care.
This session will help decision-makers in higher education technology understand the current challenges students face. Participants will learn actionable strategies to foster more mindful technology ecosystems that prioritize the holistic well-being of students while supporting their academic success.
