This class will help you understand the collaborative design workflows for Corporate Events like General Sessions, Tradeshows, Expos, and similar live events that utilize event venues and rental equipment. We'll start with an overview of the phases that take place in Corporate Event planning (Strategy, Creative, Estimating, Engineering, Fabrication, Production Design, On-Site, and Debrief) and then focus in on the Production Design phase with collaborative workflows. The class will compare the differences in phasing, design needs, personnel involved, and deliverables from Live Events to System Integration.
