Alvin Shum is the Director of Service Delivery at Seneca College, his portfolio includes; 1st level service desk support & 2nd level technical support for staff and students, deployment and management of end point devices such as laptops and academic workstations, event support and AV technology and support for classrooms. Prior to this, he has held various management positions in the IT industry including; IT Manager at McKinsey & Company and IT Consultant at Honda Canada Inc. In his spare time he participates in organized sports; ice hockey and basketball. Alvin Shum has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Global Project Management from Davenport University and certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL - Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
