Amanda Eberle, MBA is a passionate, driven leader who uses a team-centric mentality to achieve organizational growth and long-term, customer-focused outcomes. Eberle is currently the general manager at AV Chicago where she leads the company's operations and works with the executive team on the strategic direction of the organization. Eberle previously served as the senior director of member services at the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA). During her 10-plus years with the organization, she created and cultivated lasting relationships with members, manufacturers, and other associations to drive the organization forward. An advocate for diversity and inclusion, Eberle has participated on several panels and webinars centered around the topic and currently serves on the DEI Committee for ILEA and on the Board of Director holding the Treasure position for WAVIT. She is also on the Board of the LGBT Chicago Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, she is an avid supporter of Habitat for Humanity and enjoys time in nature hiking with her lab Shelby.
