Andy Carluccio is the Head of Zoom’s Innovation Platform, following Zoom’s 2021 acquisition of his broadcast technology startup, Liminal. Carluccio has an intersectional background in both computer science and performance art. For several years, he has worked in professional, community, and academic contexts to explore how entertainment and live experiences can be re-imagined in the digital age. Carluccio is the creator of the Emmy Award-winning Zoom for Broadcast platform, consisting of many advanced tools for Zoom-based remote contribution into professional broadcast systems, including ZoomISO, Tiles, and Custom AV for Zoom Rooms. Carluccio currently leads Zoom’s product and engineering teams for professional media technologies and manages Zoom’s broadcast integration partnerships.
