Anna Lavenhar, CTS-I, CQD, CQT is an audiovisual industry professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience in rack integration, installation, quality assurance, and field engineering. She has held leadership roles including Field Engineering Manager and Installation Manager, and is the founder of XYZ Audio Visual Inc.

Anna specializes in rack build standards, serviceability, cable management, and AVIXA/AQAV compliance, and has trained technicians and integration teams on best practices for reliability, safety, and long-term system performance.
