As Bettear's CMO, Ariel leads international sales and marketing, bringing extensive experience in global markets. A Biomedical engineer (B.Sc & M.Sc) from the University of Kent in England, he specialized in programmable hearing aids. He served as an occupational health officer in the Medical Corps, where he monitored harmful noise in workplaces and promoted hearing conservation in the IDF. After working several years in the USA for Orbotech, he spent the last 28 years in product management, business development, and sales management roles at Israeli and international (including a Chinese) companies.
