Currently Vice President of Integration Operations for Bluewater Technologies, Rautenberg who holds a CTS certification, has more than three decades of experience across the audiovisual contracting industry and brings a wealth of leadership and technical expertise.  His career has spanned a wide range of positions, from installation technician to project management, to engineering, to executive leadership roles, giving him a deep understanding of all facets of the audiovisual industry.
