Austin Myers serves as the Director of Client IT Solutions at American Sound, leading a team focused on Unified Communications, Digital Signage, Networking, and IT Infrastructure.  He started his career in marketing at an AV integrator before quickly pivoting to a technical role specializing in video conferencing.  He has almost a decade of experience working with solutions from companies like Microsoft, Zoom, Google, Cisco, and Pexip.

Before coming to American Sound, Austin was a Collaboration Solutions Architect at Diversified, helping enterprises around the world develop new communications strategies during the pandemic and the subsequent return-to-office initiatives.

Austin is passionate about making AV, IT, and UC topics as approachable as possible so that any organization can improve its efficiency and employee well-being through technology.
