In this leadership role, Shane is deeply involved in shaping strategic direction, mentoring teams, and delivering solutions that reflect Waveguide’s commitment to excellence.

A certified speaker, coach, and trainer with the John Maxwell Leadership Team, Shane also founded The Bigger Fish Group and created the NorthStar℠ Living System, both designed to equip individuals and organizations to thrive. His upcoming book, Don't Eat Your Bait, offers fresh insights into personal leadership, decision-making, and living with intention—drawing on both professional experience and personal conviction.

Outside of work, Shane is a devoted husband, father, and outdoorsman whose inspiration flows from faith, nature, and a lifelong commitment to learning. Whether guiding clients or mentoring through ministry, Shane’s mission remains clear: to help people live lives of success and significance.
